Instructor
Grandmaster Wang Deming is a renown disciple of the following distinguished martial arts grandmasters: Pan Zhiyuan in Xingyiquan, Sun Zhijun in Cheng Style Baguazhang, Liu Gaoming in Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, the famous Qi Mouye in Cha Quan, and the illustrious teachers Xie Zhikui and Song Zhiping in Hua Quan.

As a team member representing both the Beijing Wushu and National Wushu Representative Teams, he participated in the National Traditional Martial Arts Tournament and the 1st and 2nd International Traditional Martial Arts Tournaments respectively. As a competitor, he won first prize in the following events: Xingyiquan, Baguazhang and Bagua Broadsword.

Glossary

Santishi (Three Body Posture)
Santi Shi is the most basic body posture in Xingyiquan and the main combat position.

Five Elements Fist
Pi Quan (chopping fist), Zuan Quan (drilling fist), Beng Quan (smashing fist), Pao Quan (pounding fist), Heng Quan (crossing fist)

Bazi Gong (Eight Character Skill)
Bazi gong is based on eight short ways to use xingyiquan for combat application.

Bagua Circle Walking
Bagua Circle Walking is the central and foundational solo exercise of Baguazhang. The Ba Gua Zhang practitioner will benefit in many ways from the circle walk practice. Health, longevity, body strength, stamina, coordination, balance, chi cultivation, calming of the mind, mental concentration, mobility in combat, body/mind unity, stillness in motion.

Tang Ni Walking (Mud Walking)
The Mud Walking Step, also known as the Dragon Step, the Gliding Step or the Snake Step, is one of the most common Baqua stepping techniques. This step trains balance and stability in motion, thrusting or shoveling power in the legs and encourages an increased energy flow to the legs and feet.

Eight Mother Palms
Tthe 8 Mother Palms, eight static body postures that are held while walking the circle. are the core training of the art: Heaven Palm, Lake Palm, Fire Palm, Thunder Palm, Wind Palm, Water Palm, Mountain Palm, Earth Palm.
